- All deposits and products are nonrefundable/returnable

- Client is expected to provide all necessary information for completion of the product before the artist begins. Any changes made during the painting process will be charged hourly for half the normal cost, and changes made to the final product will be billed in full. 

- The artist reserves the right to terminate the project at any time.

- The deposit must be paid in full before the artist begins the piece, and the full amount must be paid including shipping before the artist will ship the piece.

-The client is expected to ensure that they fully trust the decisions the artist makes throughout the painting process and should avoid commissioning work if they feel the need to coach the artist or distrust the quality of their work.
